Your answers stay in your browser
The application does not send questionnaire responses to the project owner, GitHub, or another service.
What the application processes
While you complete the questionnaire, your selected answers and calculated scores exist only in the current browser tab's memory. Reloading or closing the page clears them unless you have downloaded an export.
What the application does not use
- No backend or response-submission endpoint.
- No analytics, advertising, tracking pixels, cookies, accounts, or remote JavaScript.
- No automatic persistence in local storage or a database.
- No response values in the page URL.
Downloads
JSON, CSV, clipboard, and print/PDF outputs are generated locally by your browser. Once you save or share a file, its protection becomes your responsibility.
Ordinary hosting metadata
GitHub Pages necessarily receives ordinary web-request information needed to serve the files, such as an IP address, requested path, and browser headers. The questionnaire application does not add your answers or scores to those requests.
Research use
This public site does not collect a research dataset. A researcher who separately collects exported results is responsible for informed consent, secure storage, ethics approval where required, and applicable data-protection law.
Technical record
The repository version of this policy remains available as PRIVACY.md for source-control and automated tooling.
